IsoEvolve is made by Kitrin — a small, focused team that has spent more than a decade helping healthcare practitioners and service professionals run their businesses with clarity and calm.
Why IsoEvolve exists
Admin was taking time away from care.
Kitrin began by listening. After speaking with more than 120 psychologists, we learned that billing and administration were taking time away from client care — and that existing systems weren’t built for how a real practice works.
So we built one system where the booking, the notes, the invoice, the claim and the payment all know about each other. That system is IsoEvolve.
How we got here
Founded Kitrin with a focus on healthcare practitioners
After speaking with over 120 psychologists, we set out to build software around how a real practice works — so billing and admin stop taking time away from care.
Expanded into managed services
Software alone wasn’t always enough, so we added hands-on operational support — letting practitioners move between self-managed and done-for-you as their needs change.
Expanded to the UK and beyond healthcare
As we grew internationally, we welcomed other service professionals such as financial advisors — while staying deeply committed to our healthcare roots.
Global launch of IsoEvolve
