A few items that carry a per-use cost to us are charged separately — SMS reminders, electronic (EDI) medical-aid claim submissions, telehealth, Section 129 notices and adding extra practitioners to an account. They are marked on the pricing page.

The AI Receptionist includes 150 answered minutes a month (roughly 60–80 calls), and AI Receptionist Plus includes more for busier practices. Included minutes reset every month, and additional minutes are billed per minute.

Yes. IsoEvolve keeps the rules and pricing for medical aids and health insurers, formats your invoices to their requirements and lets you submit claims by email, or by Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) where that is available.

Yes. IsoEvolve includes standard financial accounting and reporting, and you can export to Sage and Xero if your accountant prefers them.
